Payment Plans
Monthly payment plans are available to students who need an option for paying tuition and fees not covered by Financial Aid and/or other sources.
Tuition payment plans are available for current students through our online billing portal, Nelnet Enterprise. Beloit College offers flexible payment plans for the summer, fall and spring semester. Payment plans offer great benefits by spreading tuition payments over a period of time with interest-free monthly installments.

**Non-current students are not eligible to set up a payment plan through Nelnet. Please contact the Bursar’s Office to see what payment options are available.
Nelnet Business Solutions uses direct debits (automatic payments) from your bank account (checking/saving) or credit card account (Master Card, Visa, or Discover) to make monthly payments on your behalf on the 1st or 15th of the month.
$45 non-refundable enrollment fee per semester
$30 non-refundable return payment fee
Enroll in the Payment Plan by the payment due dates posted by Beloit College. Payments will be monthly and spread out based on the plan you select.

Payment plans have a $45.00 enrollment fee per semester.
Payments due monthly on the 15th
- Beginning July 15th – 5 payments due on the 15th of the month
- Beginning August 15th – 4 payments due on the 15th of the month
- Beginning September 15th – 3 payments due on the 15th of the month
The last payment for all plans paying on the 15th is 11/15/2024
Payments due monthly on the 1st
- Beginning August 1st – 5 payments due on the 1st of the month
- Beginning September 1st– 4 payments due on the 1st of the month
- Beginning October 1st– 3 payments due on the 1st of the month
The last payment for all plans paying on the 1st is 12/1/2024

- Beginning December 15th – 5 payments due on the 15th of the month
- Beginning January 15th – 4 payments due on the 15th of the month
- Beginning February 15th – 3 payments due on the 15th of the month

Payments due monthly on the 1st
- Beginning January 1st – 5 payments due on the 1st of the month
- Beginning February 1st– 4 payments due on the 1st of the month
- Beginning March 1st– 3 payments due on the 1st of the month
The last payment for all plans paying on the 1st is 5/1/2025
To avoid a Late Payment Fee of $175.00 and an Accounting Hold on your student account, please have a payment plan set up by August 9, 2024, for Fall 2024 and January 10, 2025, for Spring 2025.
